  1. Subject: "ARCO Request" or "Revocation of Consent".

  2. Full name and contact information (email or phone).

  3. Clear description of the data regarding which the rights are being exercised and the action requested.

  4. Document proving identity or, if applicable, legal representation.

Response time: We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of your request; this period may be extended once for up to 10 additional business days for justified reasons, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). If the request is granted, the action will be implemented within 15 business days following the resolution.

10. Procedure and form of response

Once we receive your ARCO request, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt and a tracking number. If we require additional information to verify your identity or representation, we will request it through the indicated channel.

11. Security measures

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures are reviewed and updated periodically. Please note that no internet transmission is 100% secure.

12. Processing of sensitive data

We do not request or process special categories of personal data (sensitive data) unless strictly necessary and with the guarantees and consent required by law.
